Mediterranean Lemon Chicken
A lemony, easy chicken you can put together in minutes.
- 1 - 1-5 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
- 1 can Chic Peas
- 4 T Capers
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 2 Lemons
- In a crock pot add the chicken thighs squeeze 2 lemons on top and season generously with all the spices, except paprika. Top with the chic peas and capers and then sprinkle the paprika on top. Cover and cook on low 7 hours or high 3.5-4 hours.
