Fall Artisian Pizza

If you took a poll on favorite foods, pizza would probably be in the top three category!  It is one of those foods that you just can’t get enough of.  Everyone has their personal favorite, mine  is green olives and mushroom with tons of cheese . While doing my daily Trader Joe’s run, I came across a butternut squash crust, and Well the next is history  I hope you enjoy this little treasure of a dish.  Pizza is as creative as you are, the possibilities are endless!

Ingredients serves 6 Cost
1 Butternut Squash Pizza Crust $4.29
2 3T Butternut Squash Sauce $0.50*
3  3oz Smoked Gouda Cheese $1.65*
4 1/3 Bag  Arugula $1.00*
5  1.3 oz Sun dried tomatoes $0.50*
  Total $7.94( $1.32per slice)

Directions

Step 1: Spray your pan with a little bit of Olive oil.

Step 2: Place defrosted crust in pan.

Step 3:  Spread the sauce on pizza.

Step 4: Put arugula and sun dried tomatoes on top of the sauce.

Step 5: Grate the cheese onto the pizza, and cover with lid fill cheese is melted and crust is cooked through. About 6 minutes.

Step 6: Enjoy!
